In January 2013, Adecco launched 3 national commitments in order to help 270 000 persons to find a long-term job and proposed to clients to join forces within " la Chaîne du Oui! " ( the "Yes- Link"). 10 months later, Adecco is proud to announce its first-year results: in a very difficult economy, 27% of the goal has been reached, and 111 companies said Yes! to Adecco to work together for a better job market. In 2014, to go further and coordinate works and forces of all participants, Adecco is launching "OUI! le Cercle pour l'emploi" ("Yes! The employment ThinkTank"), a bimonthly meetings network.

On December 19th, Pierre Gattaz, President of the MEDEF French companies trade union), joined Adecco on the One-year-results presentation, to share with 90 clients his strategy for a Winning France. He has enlightened the role of companies in developing employment, proposed 5 great measures to help companies' activity and assured Adecco of his total support for La Chaîne du Oui! Adecco commitments.

On December 18th, Alain Dehaze has been one of the key contributors to the « Etats de La France », a national meeting co-organized by INSEAD on the topic : « Between unhooking and recovery: some priorities to improve the attractiveness of the site France", featuring also the French industry minister, Arnaud Montebourg. In front of a 500 persons, Alain Dehaze has been the moderator of a round table " How to improve France social attractivity for more employment and more well-being?". A real great opportunity to settle Adecco's leader leader's image in the employment market.

S@ve compétence is an assessment tool that monitors temps skills in safety at work. 40 % of Adecco agencies are now provided with a dedicated version to construction, logistics, and industry. It is an opportunity to set up a trusting relationship between the applicant and his agency that will enable him to speak about unsafe positions during his mission. Around 2500 work injuries have been avoided thanks to this tool.

From March the 4th to October the 4th, euro engineering has developed a cooptation challenge to increase their pool of candidates. Thanks to it, they can ensure relevant profiles and improve brand internal reputation. A special visual style and many other tools have been developed such as a dedicated intranet space, leaflets, a pop-up and many other animations. 240 resumes have been collected in 7 months, and the best "Talents detector" have win a trip for 2 people!

This year, 2298 French colleagues, clients and temps ran 45 354 kms . To reach that goal, great events have been organized all year long : inside the Group, as the United Adecco group lunch, the Win4Youth Pro Staff Tour and the Adecco PME Tour de France, or during international races : The Beaujolais Marathon or the No finish line race in Monaco. And, last but not least, France is proud of Ghuillen Dubourdieu, the world best runner with 4500 kms by himself!!

All Adecco's employees have gathered in both headquarters (Lyon and Paris) for a coffee break on 16th and 20th December, to celebrate the end of the year. It was the occasion for Alain Dehaze, the Group President in France, and Carlos Viladrich, Head of Human Resources, to express their best wishes for 2014.

On December 2013, one year after its launch,  the Experts blog « La Tribu des Experts » is ranking 41st among the best employment blogs (E-buzzing ranking).

With these two national giants of energy and communication sectors, Adecco renewed 3-years contracts, for a global 20 million euros income increase.

Adecco Medical's 45th birthday has been an ideal occasion to involve clients in a giant Cupcake Party! This original and friendly initiative, deployed all over France, has ended up in 250 delighted clients, 500 cupcakes savored, 13 pleasantly shared moments and lots of cupcakes given away in the streets!
