Business Operations
On January 9th, 27 Adecco Medical teams joined their forces in order to call clients and prospects and get business appointments. Between the first conference call at 9 o’clock by Jerick Develle, operational director of Adecco Medical, and the last one at 5pm, sales and back-office teams obtained 382 business meetings with qualified prospects. Adecco Medical proved once again its ability to commit internally its teams and to put on top value creation as a major stake.
 
   
Candidates Strategy
 
Adecco launched a communication campaign towards its temps to inform them that they have social rights like pension funding, mutual insurance, subsidies for housing. This campaign was spread through print, digital and sms ways. It targeted 100,000 temps who were largely interested in social care. The result is that Adecco is the 1rst company for the use of the FASTT's social funds for temps in France. This campaign is still undergoing.

  In January, Adecco did an outbound call campaign towards 1,200 temporary workers from Rhône and Ile-de-France regions in order to help them trigger their rights for training development.
210 temps were interested, and 154 were registered on training sessions. All temps considered as very positive and constructive this Adecco operation to remind them their rights and thus to help them find how to develop their skills and boost their future way to work. This operation will be renewed in 2014, as it strengthens the link between Adecco and its temps, beyond the assignment.

An award for Adecco    
During 2013, all the Adecco branches were assessed on the service quality. The criteria were: the global satisfaction survey notations on both clients and candidates, a mystery-call campaign on branches, a survey on middle office satisfaction in their relationship with branches and the checking of our branches' good looking. For this first edition, it was a great success. It allowed us to focus on our strengths and improve on our weaknesses. 5 Adecco agencies were awarded. In 2014, a new award is under way!  
 
Happy Birthday Adecco
On January 21st and 22nd, 1,300 Adecco Group colleagues met in Paris, for the 50th birthday and the annual convention. Witnesses of the past, strategic presentations, Adecco 2015 targets and ambitions were presented under the rythm of Michael Jackson’s “Beat it!”. All past and future key moments were gathered and displayed to all Adecco teams to create commitment and empower our values among teams. At the end of the day, the party was crazy and fully dedicated to the joy of having 50 years as a company.

Alumni
The new Alumni By Adecco Group was launched during our 50th birthday on the annual convention. This new social network will gather ex-colleagues of the Adecco Group brands, in a helping and fair community, respectful of the core values of the Group. During its first 24 hours, the Adecco Group Alumni recorded 30 registrations!
A-live
The 50th birthday of Adecco was the opportunity to discover the new Adecco magazine. Those who attended the Adecco convention had the pleasure to discover it in a preview release. This special edition was sent to all Adecco colleagues at their personal postal address. This new magazine is very up-to-date, modern and pleasant to read. It provides everyone with a large range of useful news. It is a quarterly publication and is distributed in more than 5,000 copies.
Good news on business
Saint-Gobain
Adecco renewed its sales agreement with Saint Gobain, the worldwide leader in construction markets, with a 38M€ turnover on a potential market of 75M€.

GDF Suez
Adecco signed a new sales agreement with GDF Suez, the worldwide leader in Energy activities, with a 57M€ annual turnover on a potential market of 250 M€.

heppner
Adecco signed a sales agreement with Heppner, one of the major companies specialized in ground, freight and logistics solutions, with an expected 15M€ turnover on a potential market of 35M€.
