On March 6th, the French government launched a major social innovation: the new "CDI Intérimaire" contract. On that special day, Adecco was the first HR leading brand to hire a worker with this new contract, in partnership with a medium-sized industry in the south-east of France. With an important internal and external communication campaign (web campaign, press coverage, internet chats for temporary workers, leaflets, etc…), the group in France announced his aim to sign 3,000 to 5,000 "CDI Intérimaires" within the next 3 years. Alain Dehaze explained:"This new form of contract which guarantees the temporary workers a minimum monthly salary will reconcile employment security with the HR flexibility needed for business development". The "CDI Intérimaire" is an agreement between 3 entities: the brand, the client and a motivated, professional and volunteer candidate looking for stability and a strong willingness to develop his/her professional experience. A dedicated recruitment process was developed to ensure we will find the right profiles and multiple experiences with a minimum of inactivity periods to handle.

 

Adecco Formation has just launched its new offer catalogue, enlightening its new positioning « the training partner » and all the range of its services. 7,000 printed copies will be given to Adecco Formation clients, but also to all Adecco group sales teams, in order to develop cross-selling and to offer to other business units the quality of the Adecco Formation services. All training programs and sessions are now available on the Adecco Formation website.
Following A.Live, our new printed quarterly magazine (see Breaking news #4), our group Intranet was restructured and revamped: "A.Live online". Launched in March 2014, it provides one single portal for all group news to better share information among all business units. Two dedicated parts for General and Professional staffing were created. All processes and important job documents are also classified in a different way, thus facilitating the access to information per business unit and aiming at working efficiently and with more pleasure.
In order to develop proximity and co-working with clients and associates, Adecco Medical launched an internal game: «my selfie team ».
From march 20th to April 11th, each Adecco Medical team had to make selfies with clients and associates. The selfies are published on the intranet and voted by all Adecco medical people to reveal the 3 best ones. Lots of selfies invading the web…the vote is underway!
 

Since 2012, Adecco had certified its associates on behaviour in professional environment. We still are the only one in our industry to do so. Today, 19,000 associates are certified; 25,000 associates (i-e a quarter of average temps on duty each week) are the goal for end of 2014. Since March 2014, these certified associates have won a direct access to the loyalty program "The Up Club".

This brand new program is aimed at developing hours with the Adecco branches. It then rewards our most active and loyal associates with free trainings and coaching and also plenty of gifts.
