Adecco is launching a new challenge from 1 September to 31 December 2014: Catch 2000 for general staffing, Too Schuss for executives.
The aim of this sales challenge is to acquire 2000 additional temporary workers by the end of the year and also to develop the client base in every zone and for every branch as well as the perm business! Gift certificates, ski breaks… what a better way to boost our colleagues as they return to work! Campaigns are being run among our existing and prospective clients. We are using a variety of channels, including email marketing forwards all segments and 'tactical weapons' in the medium/large segments. Catch 2000 and Too Schuss will without a doubt enable us to catch up with Prisme, develop our customer base, expand our permanent placement activities and more.
And let's not forget the Catch 2000 booster for general staffing, with 10 Euros offered per agency employee for every new temp at work.

The Adecco Group is taking another key step in its history with the creation of Humando, which is joining the Réseau Adecco Insertion ('Adecco inclusion Network').
Born of a merger between three temporary work inclusion companies, namely Emploi 93, Emploi 02 and Chorus Normandie, Humando stands as a key integration stakeholder thanks to its presence in 7 departments of France, its network of 12 agencies, its 950 corporate customers and the 1550 candidates it supports every year. Driven primarily by the social clauses found in sectors such as construction and the environment, temporary work inclusion activities aim to expand into other areas of activity and private markets. Welcome then to Humando!

Euro Engineering has just set up a monthly newsletter called Euro Zoom.
Designed for all euro engineering employees, the aim of this newsletter is to increase the visibility of Euro Engineering agencies by showing to the colleagues the wide variety of jobs and what is going on branches, as well as sharing good practises. The principle: once a month, an agency is put in the spotlight with staff testimonials on their successes, the projects they have completed and so on. Euro Zoom: a great way of securing employees' loyalty and strengthening their feeling of belonging to a great company!

After a long recruitment process, Chaneze – a young finance college graduate – began to work at Adecco on 25th August. She spent a month supporting the Group's CEO, Alain Dehaze. Executive Assistant to the CEO, Chaneze had an extremely full schedule: management committees, meetings with branches, involvement in major events such as the Col du Tourmalet climbing for Win4Youth, strategic conferences, and even MEDEF's summer university. This experience allowed Chaneze to see how an international group really works, and she is well aware that the opportunity that the Group had given her (at the age of 22) is a fantastic one. You can follow her experiences via the social media channels through her regular tweets or on waytowork.fr, where Chaneze publishes weekly articles recounting her adventures. Finally Chaneze is already recruited in our Euro Engineering subsidiary for another 6-month experience, this time in Finance!

A website was launched this summer to provide to temporary workers with open-ended contracts (CDIs) with information about social benefits, job offers and give them a place to share their opinion. Accessible only to temporary workers who have signed this new contract, the tool now offers answers to all their questions and connection to the 'dedicated social benefits' platform.
All targeted temporary workers were given the opportunity to request access codes to activate the account via an email sent over this summer. To date, 110 people have signed an open-ended temporary work contract.
