Adecco and Rolland Garros
  The Adecco Group was the official sponsor and provider of the famous Roland Garros International Tennis Tournament from May 25th to June 8th. The partnership has been settled for 14 years now.

This year again, a special partnership with Babolat provided us with many materials such as tennis balls, rackets etc. to decorate our Adecco branch window displays or to give to our guests during these 2 weeks.
Roland Garros  
  Weelchair Tennis Tournament The Adecco Group welcomed 600 clients and more than 250 Adecco colleagues and associates. The key success factors are always the same: a strong organization, a dedicated attention paid to our guests and a smile on every face!
The Weelchair Tennis Tournament started during the second week of the international tournament, putting in the spotlights incredible tennis champions. Profound sport and human values were shared between valid and disabled champions. The Adecco Group is always a major sponsor to this tournament and thus, had the opportunity to sign and renew its agreement with the National Olympic French Committee and the Perrier Legends Trophy during this event.

Résau Adecco Insertion
  Colas - Réseau Adecco Insertion Réseau Adecco insertion, the national network dedicated to inclusion, worked with the Colas Group, a global leader in construction and maintenance for roads and transport infrastructures. The collaboration concluded with a partnership agreement between the two companies, is focused on implementing training sessions for all Colas’ HR managers on mandatory inclusion clauses in public contracts. This deal drove the business up by 8% for this major client, while ensuring an important visibility to this social oriented agreement. Moreover, 18% of the associates also followed trainings on road construction.

Welcome to Adecco SMB Campus
  Since the beginning of this year, all employees from Adecco SMB (small and medium sized businesses) were invited to join the SMB Campus for one week: five days of training during which they learnt how to behave with the Adecco SMB DNA Sales, recruitment and legal trainings, all of them are provided by the Adecco Formation subsidiary. This program gives these special “students” with the essentials to promote Adecco SMB‘s brand and added-value towards their clients and applicants.
Every evening during the week, they took part in brainstorming sessions and even in a “murder party”, that gave them the keys on how to work as an efficient team. This program includes rich contents such as e-learning and video coaching sessions. A special plan was also rolled out in major cities to help our colleagues to better know their local market and to develop their business focusing on profitable growth.
 
The "Family" Acumen
  Increasing our market shares is what Family intends to do by leveraging our footprint with a better knowhow of our 10 different brands and businesses. Family is a dedicated program and action plan action on sales. In 2013, 1000 new cross-business projects were detected. At the end of May 2014, more than 1600 new business projects were identified thanks to the actions of every sales team in each business unit. Family is a fantastic tool to position Adecco Group as a global HR actor and to increase our margins. It is on the way! Family

The W4Y caravan Roadshow!
  The Win4Youth initiative The Win4Youth initiative has enabled Adecco Group co-workers and clients to be socially involved for five years now. In France, a new initiative for colleagues and clients was implemented: The Win4Youth Caravan! Colleagues of every branch of the Adecco Group gather in one place and share friendly moments cycling together! Each kilometer cycled counts for our goal to reach or exceed 2,000,000 kilometers around the world and thus, to help the 5 foundations that need the funds.
In France, the Caravan already went to Lyon, Nantes and Lille where 8 Adecco Group business units participated and rode more than 1500 kms! Paris, Bordeaux and Toulouse are the following cities that will welcome the caravan.

When Modis wants to develop loyalty
  In order to keep in touch with candidates, Modis has developed a dedicated newsletter. It enables them to always keep informed on Modis news and on available jobs. The 1st newsletter was issued on May 1st and will then be regularly sent quarterly. The main objectives are to create more proximity with the Modis environment but also to attract candidates with a large and always evolving jobs offer. Salesforce is entering into the "experts" brand arena
  Salesforce The “Experts” brand is the first Adecco brand that is going to use Salesforce functionalities. This tool will enable business efficiency across all the Adecco Group Business Units, dealing with both temporary work and permanent placement activities and with other HR activities such as consulting. The sales funnel activity will be much more under control from targeting clients to client loyalty management.
Salesforce will allow Experts employees to work more efficiently, intuitively and faster. It is also a wonderful tool for sharing information and consolidating information for analysis, as well as for promoting business synergies inside the Group. Welcome to this new member!
 
Prevention is a must-have for Adecco, not en option !
  Adecco France has invited the branch network to take part in “Security Olympiads”, from April 1st to October 31st. During 7 months, they will have to create events dealing with safety, security and prevention topics for associates, candidates and clients. The provided steps allow everyone to understand and actively handle safety guidelines enhancing consciousness of every participant.
